The Sigma 16mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary lens is designed for use with mirrorless cameras and is available in versions for various APS-C systems – Sony E-mount, FUJIFILM X Mount, L-Mount and Nikon Z mount. It provides an equivalent focal length of 25.6 mm.
Characterized by its bright f/1.4 maximum aperture, this lens excels in low-light conditions and also provides increased control over depth of field for selective focus control.
The individual elements also feature a super multi-layer coating to suppress flare and ghosting for greater contrast and color accuracy when working in bright conditions. This lens also features a stepping AF motor for fast, quiet and smooth focusing, suitable for both photography and video applications.
The bright f/1.4 aperture excels in low-light conditions and also provides increased control over depth of field to achieve selective focusing effects.
